Refund policy

OUR POLICY

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Unused patches in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return postage.

Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement, exchange, or store credit, except where a refund is required by law.
