Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are sent through USPS. Shipping and handling is a flat $5.99 per order within the United States. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75.00 or more receive free standard shipping within the United States.

International rates calculated based on location.

Preorders are estimated to ship within 14 business days of purchase, after the next production run arrives and passes inspection. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Podium Patches is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help with eligible USPS claims when possible. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Preorder timing may change because of manufacturing or carrier delays. If we cannot ship within the stated window, customers will receive a delay notice and the choice to accept the revised date or cancel for a full refund. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together when all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
